YouTube

The #1 resource for high-quality, evidence-based videos related to pain, injuries, rehabilitation, and training.

These guys are great! They base their content on research and "evidence based practice" (I'm a nurse, and this is the gold standard throughout healthcare). They don't have any agenda. I can't recommend this channel enough.

I've been studying this area for 25 years and this is the absolute best channel that I've come across. Big props to you guys. Amazing work!

Some people may not understand how golden this information is, many are charging good money to simply structure workouts with everything shown here, with this video it's pretty simple to structure your own program FREE of charge.

Watching this video should be mandatory in all PT programs, and frankly, for every practicing PT. You perfectly articulate the concepts, and provide simple, yet effective guidance for clinicians and clients. Utterly amazing work.

This video single-handedly cured my anxiety. The PT I had was good but not great and I found myself stalling out. I was worried I was never going to get back into sport shape but this video has given me direction and motivation.

Man this video is GOLD and honestly spot on, especially for the physical therapy world. I try my best to relay these concepts to my patients because nothing can be more true. I seriously think every single PT walking the planet should watch this video just to be slightly more aware, even if they are already.

E3 Rehab, your type of content is needed more to revolutionize healthcare. Thank you for providing such high quality coverage of relevant and sometimes poorly understood and controversial topics.

This is one of the best PT/exercise/diagnosis videos I have ever seen on youtube, the fact that you have all of the exercises explained so clearly and all of the studies included in the video just show how much effort was put into it, fantastic job.

Robert R.

I don’t ever comment on YouTube videos, but this one almost made me cry with how clearly you explained everything and how well thought out the drills were presented. Thank you!

My favorite podcast! This is by far my favorite podcast! The material and guests are superb. It's obvious for every podcast they devote hours preparing for the interview or research on the topic. I have learned so much from these individuals about movement, research, fascia and recovery. I'm extremely grateful for the work they do.

Love the mission As a new PT, this is the most helpful podcast I listen to. I’m constantly trying to apply what I learn here in the clinical setting. E3rehab makes research accessible and also helps me guide my personal readings/research. The guests they welcome onto the show aren’t just successful researchers in the field, but also good and down to earth people. Would 100% recommend this show to all: clinicians, students, and patients.

Great learning and entertainment while under quarantine! I listened to these podcasts while out on my runs last month and enjoyed each one thoroughly. The 3 hosts have fantastic guests and they ask thoughtful questions. It’s clear that each host has done research on the topic and the guest before hand.

Leaders in the Field The whole E3 crew does an incredible job of providing high value evidence based information in a way that is incredibly clinically applicable.

Very informative Just listened to the lateral hip pain podcast with Dr. Grimaldi and I think that was one of the most informative podcasts I’ve listened to to date. Keep up the good work!

These guys got me running again E3Rehab’s motto says it all: “Empowerment through evidence-based education.” That’s how they guided me to overcome the notoriously frustrating condition known as plantar pain/fasciitis.
E3’s podcast is emblematic of all their work: no outlandish promises, just a clear outlining of the best, most up-to-date research from the perspective of three physical therapists.
Also, nice guys. I strongly recommend this podcast.
