Shoulder Resilience includes 5 different programs:

1. Basic Program

This program requires minimal equipment and time, but don’t let the name fool you – it is highly effective. This program can be performed independently or used to complement another program you’re performing.

This 2-day comprehensive upper body program also includes sport-specific shoulder exercises.

Equipment requirements vary by program. At a minimum, you will need bands or dumbbells. However, access to a home gym or commercial gym is preferred. For programs that include sport-specific exercises, additional equipment is required, such as medicine balls, exercise balls, or small, handheld balls.
