The Glute Ham Glider is a great tool for core and posterior chain training using the hands or feet, lying prone or supine.
Simply insert your toes/heels into the v-shaped notch or grab the bars with your hands to perform hamstring curls, glute raises, glute bridges, standing lunges, abdominal roll-outs and much more! For an enhanced workout try adding bands to create resistance during exercises.
