Our only goal is to empower you to overcome your setbacks and crush your goals.
The process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one’s life.
This comprehensive program will not only have your hips feeling stronger and better than ever before, but you will also see significant improvements in the strength of your feet, ankles, knees, and trunk.
If you want to improve your hip range of motion, we’ve got you covered. We’ve included an optional and customizable exercise category aimed at improving your hip rotation, groin, and hamstring mobility.
Our science-based exercise programming will help you build the hip stability and control you’ve always wanted.
Develop the necessary perquisites for running, sports, or other activities by working your way through our optional jumping and plyometric progressions.
It might be called Hip Resilience, but you can’t get through this program without also seeing significant improvements in your feet, ankles, knees, and trunk. We wanted to leave no stone unturned.
Many aspects are customizable, so you get to tailor the program to fit your specific goals and needs. Plus, most exercise categories have varying levels of progressions, so you can work through the program at your own pace.
If you’re trying to optimize your recovery, maximize your performance, or reduce your risk of future injury, this program is for you!
Our exercise selection and programming are based on the research, our experience working with thousands of people like you in-person and online over the years, and our desire to help you become more confident, capable, and resilient.
By progressing through this program, you should notice significant improvements in the strength, range of motion, and stability of your hips, as well as your trunk, knees, and ankles.
We want you to feel confident when walking your dog, picking up your child, or planning that fun trip with your family.
We want you to feel more than capable of performing squats and deadlifts in the gym, golfing with friends, or going on that long hike on the weekend.
We want you to feel more resilient than ever before, so you’re not constantly thinking about your hip or letting it control certain aspects of your life.
We want movement for you to become thoughtless and fearless.
